Who we are

TrueSession is an early-stage project and not yet a registered company. This website is run by its founder, who decides how the personal data described here is used (the data controller). You can reach us at support@truesession.co.

When the company is registered, its legal name and address will appear here and in the legal notice.

What we collect

  • Your settings: the site remembers your theme (Light, Night or System) and whether animations are on, in your browser’s local storage. These settings never leave your device, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
  • The readiness self-check: your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent or stored anywhere.
  • Pilot requests and emails: when you send a pilot request or write to us, we receive what you send, usually your name, work email, company, website, industry and goals. If the form opens your email app, the request travels as a normal email from your own account.
  • Hosting: like any website, our hosting provider may keep short technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.

  • To reply to your request and talk about a pilot: steps you ask us to take before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • To keep the website working and secure: our legitimate interest in protecting it.

Who sees it

Only the founder, and the providers we need to run the website and receive email, who process it on our behalf and under contract. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and serves it through its global network. Our email runs on Microsoft 365, provided through GoDaddy, which stores the emails you send us.

How long we keep it

  • Pilot requests and emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start a pilot together, in which case the pilot agreement sets the period.
  • Technical logs: only as long as the hosting provider needs them, usually days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@truesession.co; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos in Spain.

Data outside your country

Cloudflare is based in the United States and serves this website from data centres around the world. When a provider processes data outside your country, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.
